ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR
Oversees assigned janitorial accounts by supervising lead cleaners, providing on-site support across multiple buildings, and ensuring service standards are consistently met. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, handling direct communication, addressing concerns, and coordinating solutions as needed. Responsibilities also include inventory control, ordering and managing supplies, quality inspections, and supporting staff to maintain efficient, high-quality operations.
LEAD CLEANER
Works directly on site while leading the cleaning crew and ensuring tasks are completed according to service checklists. Lead Cleaners assist with training maintain quality standards and report any issues to the Supervisor.
CLEANING CREW
Perform routine and detailed cleaning tasks according to assigned schedules and service plans. Positions are available for both full time and part time crew members. Team members are expected to follow procedures maintain a clean work environment and represent EPSNC professionally.
